2129 -dining room area LIB is missing nails -great room top plate against the fire wall needs to be addressed -CS-PF is not nailed off completely on the exterior -SW corner of bedroom 1 is not nailed off -3 inch vent pipe in bedroom 2 needs to be strapped at the top plate due to over cutting -floor joist hanger in basement where the water valve is located is missing nails -I beam where the ground wire passes through to the opposing side needs to be fire blocked 2127 -garage LIB’s are not installed at the correct angle -garage attic access does not have a complete clearance of 30 inches of headroom -bedroom 2 top plate at the 3 inch vent pipe needs to be strapped due to over cutting -exterior CS-PF is not completely nailed off -fire blocking above I beam in basement where they over drilled for the water line needs to be sealed -address metal I beam sitting on exterior concrete wall with a 2 1/4 support overhang -address fire blocking at I beam where it meets the opposing wall
