-nail studs at all exterior corner per code -garage anchor bolts not in center 1/3rd, missing at sill plate joints, needs more anchor bolts at north garage wall -fire blocking missing at ceiling of garage fir down -fire blocking missing pantry/garage wall top plate -seal return air penetrations in kitchen wall -solid block joist over I beam locations, garage -add fire blocking at top of chase between garage and hall bathroom -check entire first floor penetrations (house had to be required -relocate attic access to provide 30 inches of headroom clearance -support top and bottom of all hip rafters with 1/2 bearing -install conduit or protect NM at right side of garage door -secure NM on left side of garage door for sconce light -missing hanger at bedroom 2 near entry door -missing fire blocking at laundry base plate behind drier -over bored studs left of kitchen window provide stud shoe or equivalent -strap top plates where 2/4 and 2/6 walls intersect -repair ceiling joist over southeast bedroom window (bedroom -install double studs at master vanity at penetrations -install plate straps over master vanity right side -provide 30 inches headroom at laundry attic access -ceiling joist to rafter connection over front bathroom -relocate switch where accessible from basement floor
