**INSTALL EROSION CONTROL AT REAR OF LOT -Expose sewer manhole at front -As-graded plot plan is required prior to sodding -Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extensions -Make sure that the sewer tracer wire and port are installed and available at grade level -Seal exterior wall penetrations, seal above AC disconnect, meter, etc -Install tamper-proof caps at AC valves -Lag deck ledger to rim band through the spacers; nail joist hangers; maximum deck beam span for 14 ft joists is only 6 ft 9"; support deck beam end at house side -No power to AC gfci receptacle -Isolate low voltage from normal power in fireplace switch box -Where’s the other small appliance circuit gfci? -Garage stair riser must be no more than 7-3/4” in height, measured from top of door threshold -City amendment of the NEC requires all dedicated non-gfci receptacles in garage and unfinished basement to be identified (label, marking, etc) as non-gfci -Correct garage receptacle ground fault -Receptacle near garage door not gfci-protected -Provide AFCI protection for all outlets required per NEC 210.12.
