The subgrade was re-checked and the approach has been poured and appears to meet all standard. On the plot plan is shows a sidewalk and ADA ramp being installed at the corner of Orchard and Main. I spoke with Hector, Kent and the builder and it appears that they paid a fee to not have to install the sidewalk, it will be a future development and as of now there are no sidewalks in the area.Steve Robbins 05/24/2019 9:24 AM
