Incomplete inspection- Inspection denied for erosion control at the rear , none in place. Inspection incomplete due to amount of issues including Erosion control. address and see below. -Heat ducts hanging below ceiling 2nd floor. Support and secure per code. -Dwv in south exterior wall needs mid support , at landing area. All dwv shall have a mid support between floors. -Flue clearance at 2nd floor flue chase. Complete fur down for chase. Load points. -Cut floor joist over garage entry hall. -Portal framing per plans rear of house.CS_PF -Firstop with 3/4” flue chase 1st floor. -Firestop garage chase , 1/2” installed open gaps. -Support DWV 48”. -Lvl header over mud room not on the plans. Header cut short and not connecting to king stud. -Wall bracing not install at all locations 1st floor. 2nd- -Back wall of front bedroom is not a bearing wall on the plans. Lands in the middle of the floor joist below. - check wall bracing over 45°. -Master bedroom/closet bath has bearing walls not labeled on plans. -No garage beam post installed.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
