1. The swale on the plot plan appears to be shown reversed. Please show how the lot will actually drain rather than how it shows on the plat. 2. Is this a true “swale” that will be constructed in the rear, or will it consist of a bermed element to divert stormwater to the south? Please show what is actually going to be constructed so that our Codes inspector knows what to inspect. 3. Additional spot elevations are needed in the rear to determine whether the walkout basement will be susceptible to flooding. 4. Finished elevations are missing on the rear lot corners.
