9-11-24 DP. -There is 1 panel in the 10' sidewalk that needs replaced -Still two small sections of curb needing replaced The sidewalk on the north side of the buildings that runs down to the corner or Curry and Brummel is in the plans to be ADA compliant. The contractor installed 1 step in the sidewalk before the indicator pad. This is not ADA compliant and will need to be addressed. This issue will not stop buildings 1 and 2 from getting TCO from FEI. When the contractor is ready to address the issue with the sidewalk, I am willing to meet onsite and strategize. TCO still granted.
