Provide a modification request letter for the height and building design. The letter should also provide justification. Our architecture and building design standards code update is now available through Municode. It is Article 8, Division 1, Subdivision 2. The code update did not take into account temporary structures such as this inflatable dome. This structure type would fall into the commercial/retail building type.

Why does the dome need to be 80-ft. tall? I looked on Arizon's website and it looks like they have done a few other domes for similar size fields and they were not 80-ft. tall. Specifically, the Edmonton Soccer Dome and the University of Wisconsin domes.

The means by which fire lanes are designated shall be maintained in a clean and legible condition at all times and be replaced or repaired when necessary to provide adequate visibility. The entire fire lane shall be posted no parking.
