Corrective Action Required
A phasing plan shall be required for the sanitary sewer improvements. The existing pump station is not able to be upgraded, and if using the existing pump station the following scenario is one of many combinations that would be allowed: 1) it appears Lots 1 and 2 can be served by gravity (please confirm) and connect to the 8 inch gravity line, so these two (2) lots would be removed from the pump station capacity, 2) Lots 3 and 4 could be served by the existing pump station, and 3) all other lots not specifically mentioned above would need further discussion because the existing pump station is not able to manage their anticipated flows. Please indicate the phasing that is being proposed for this project (i.e., which lots will be served by the existing pump station, and which lots will flow by gravity). Please review and revise as appropriate.
