Please submit the complete set of plans, with the record drawing certification stamp on the cover sheet. Note any changes made in the field on the drawings. All elevations require as-built information. This included structure top elevations and all flowlines. In addition, revised slopes on the Profile view need to match the revised flowlines.

Please refer to the supplemental diagram showing the general schematic of the desired sanitary sewer alignment. In additiion, please see supplemental plan sheet 15 from the City of Lee's Summit Capital Improvement Project to upgrade the sanitary sewer lines in this area. This sheet should be used to set flowlines for the relocated line and to ensure the crown of the new 12 inch sanitary line is at or below the incoming 8 inch line serving this project.
