VOE BOUNDARY. The shape of the easement depicted on the exhibit doesn't completely match the easement depicted on the plat dedicating said easement. According to the plat, there is a "tail" that tapers toward the southwest. As depicted on the exhibit, this tail would remain as a remnant easement. Is there a reason why this portion should not be vacated? If not, revise the exhibit to capture the tail for its vacation.
