Reconfigure the plan submittals for this project to appropriately divide the public infrastructure and the private infrastructure. Project number PRSUBD20246560 will be utilized for the public improvement plans along Colbern Rd., including the roadway modifications and the signal work. A new project number for a Final Development Plan will be utilized for the private development including the private infrastructure. Please contact the project manager, Dan Fernandez, for details on the creation of a new project number for future submittals.
