There appears to be utility’s in the way as well as a storm pipe were the pole was marked to go. ESS will be reaching out to Evergy for overhead clearance.

I told him we would check on it and let him know. After speaking with Erin Capital is allowed to move the pedistol pole to the south side of the sidewalk.

I informed him that we were waiting on awsers from Evergy. 1:18pm Mike with capital is needing to move a pedistol pole due to AT&T line being in the way. I told him we would check on it and let him know. After speaking with Erin Capital is allowed to move the pedistol pole to the south side of the sidewalk.

All holes are at correct depth and have steel installed. 2:02pm Terracon is on site for testing. They are pouring at the NW corner first. Terracon ran test on the first truck. He was good with the tests and they can pour. 2:55pm They have poured the north side and are pouring in the island on the east side. 3:10pm The are pouring the pole base in the West Island. 3:25pm They are pouring the last pole base on the SE corner. 3:34pm 10,8,9, and 2 pole bases are poured. 2-18-20 10:22am Fordyce Concrete was on site at 10am and I have collected the concrete ticket.They are pouring out the rest of the bases with 4K mix. They have been told to cover everything poured with blankets due to temps. 2:55pm They have everything covered with blankets.

The signs in the islands on Chipman that indicate “stay right” will need to be removed and Capital is still working on getting the signal lights worked out. They are having issues with wiring right now. Public works cycled the lights.
