We walked the intire job site and went over all erosion control corrections that need to be repaired and or added to including all storm box inlets. A burn will be placed at NE side of the site to help slow water and minimize erosion in that area. Brad assured us that all repairs will be taken care of in a timely manner. Brad will also be including me on the emails that pertain to SWPPP.

I asked them why they were waiting, there reply was they wanted it to set up faster. I explained to them this is not are common practice and that they should be curing right away. They chose to ignore me. When they started curing I pointed out to the GC the cure was light, he said he was good with it because he will hold the concrete company accountable. At 11:30am none of the back side of the curb has been cured at this point. I spoke with the forman of the crew and he said he would cure the back side of the curb when all the curb is poured approximately 12:30pm. 1:15pm 81 degrees, starting to sprinkle. Curb is in except for some hand work. The back side of curb is cured but poorly.

70 degrees cloudy. Freedom Concrete started pouring curb at 7:30am on the NE side. They did not start curing until 9:20am. I asked them why they were waiting, there reply was they wanted it to set up faster. I explained to them this is not are common practice and that they should be curing right away. They chose to ignore me. When they started curing I pointed out to the GC the cure was light, he said he was good with it because he will hold the concrete company accountable. At 11:30am none of the back side of the curb has been cured at this point. I spoke with the forman of the crew and he said he would cure the back side of the curb when all the curb is poured approximately 12:30pm. 1:15pm 81 degrees, starting to sprinkle. Curb is in except for some hand work. The back side of curb is cured but poorly.

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
Remember to click the Upload Document button. If you are applying for a New permit, make sure to click the "next step" button after you have completed the upload of documents
