8-3-20 8:22AM They shut the valves off at the backflow preventer and four feet away from where they were cutting in there tee. The inline valve by were they made there cut blew off due to pressure this put debris in the line to the south. They flushed the line and we will chlorinate this section of water main. The inline valve did not have mega lugs. We had to go two valves to the north to get water shut down. They fixed the inline valve and used mega lugs. They installed the tee with a valve to run there line. They used bleach before installing. They will start installing the water line for the building on 8-4-20. 8-4-20 9:23am They are running 8” waterline off the tee and have got two 45’s installed.They are rapping plastic around all of the fittings. They are laying rock at this time. 11:24am They have installed approximately 50’ of water line with a hydrant installed. 1:43pm They are now pouring the thrust blocks for the line.

They are using KCMMB GR 4K mix and have been told to use a broom finish and white cure evenly. 1:22pm The sidewalk is poured and cured. I will check it for ADA compliance after it sets up.

8/28/20 Friday 10:30AM See documents and report from yesterday. One of 1.5“ service lines was backfilled. Contractor is still in the process of installing the lines for the 1” and the other 1.5” lines from their individual meters. The irrigation line will be backfill but the end of the copper pipe will be above ground so it can be located.

The third party inspector collected the concrete ticket. 2:00pm They have poured some of the curb. The contractor was told to use more cure and to cure any exposed surfaces. There is lots of honey comb that will need grouted. I made the surperintendent aware of this. He said he understood.

They are using Type 3 for the surface. 9:24am The first truck has arrived. The temps out of the truck are approximately 300. The ground service is 55 degrees. 11:31am They are laying the asphalt on the south side of the site. 1:58pm They are laying asphalt on the west side of the site right now. The two manholes on the west side of the site appear to be approximately 2” to high.This is causing a large hump in the driving lane. I spoke to Steve Robbins about this and he is going to look into it. 3:41pm They are done with the parking lot and have two strips to do on the north side.

8-3-20 8:22AM They shut the valves off at the backflow preventer and four feet away from where they were cutting in there tee. The inline valve by were they made there cut blew off due to pressure this put debris in the line to the south. They flushed the line and we will chlorinate this section of water main. The inline valve did not have mega lugs. We had to go two valves to the north to get water shut down. They fixed the inline valve and used mega lugs. They installed the tee with a valve to run there line. They used bleach before installing. They will start installing the water line for the building on 8-4-20.

They will be pouring at a later date. 10-30-20 8:32am I spoke with the superintendent about his sidewalk that comes out on private road B. They are setting it up now. 11-4-20 9:37am I have met Steve Robbins on site to look at two manholes that are high in the parking lot. Steve is going to look into it. 11-5-20 Steve Robbins said if the owners are good with it we will not have them make the corrections to the manholes. 11-9-20 9:55am There are no inspections needed at this time. They are placing irrigation. 11-11-20 8:59am I met on site to go over what needs to be done to complete the site.

11-6-20 7:48am They are setting up to pour the concrete in front of the building on the east side. They will be pouring sidewalk later today. 11:08am They are pouring the pad infront of the building. CFS is on site to take samples. They have the sidewalks poured and I will check them tomorrow. 11-9-20 8:05am The sidewalks are ADA compliant.
