Went to meet Norm from Axiom to discuss the temporary silt trap for the detention basin. When I arrived on site, I saw that Bair Excavating worked over the weekend and they stripped the entire site of vegetation along with not installing the silt trap. Will meet again on site tomorrow to go over these problems with the contractors. RP 2-24-20

Bair Excavating is working on the correct heights of the berms and Axiom dug out little trenches around the field inlet and outflow structure. They filled the trenches up with rip rap, but am not sure if it’s functionable? Steve Robbins is going to look at it with me tomorrow. RP 3-3-21

Bair Excavating had LBO 202 geo grid on site for the parking lot, which isn’t on our approved product list. Informed Shane from Bair and Norm from Axiom that it might be ok, but it needs to be approved by the city engineer. Bair Excavating said they are going to switch to LBO 302 geo grid, which still needs to be approved by the city engineer before it can be placed. RP 8-13-20
