06/26/2020 On Thursday 06/25/20 Metro Asphalt installed the Type 2R base lift for the east half of the parking lot. Temps were compliant and the equipment and methods used were compliant. On Friday 06/26/2020 Way & Sons installed the Type 1R base lift for the west half of the parking lot. The temps were compliant and the equipment and methods used were compliant. Friday 06/26/2020 After Metro installed the base lift for the public road they moved over the drive and turn lanes of the project. The crew laid Type 3R base for these lanes. The temps were compliant and the equipment and methods used were compliant. 6-28-20 Way & Sons spread asphalt leftovers on the base at the southeast side of the parking lot. This was not rolled in and is laying on top of the base. I spoke with Mike with CFS and he and I agree that it will need to be removed before surface is put down.

They have started on the west side parking stalls. I will discuss this with Steve Robbins. 12-8-20 I spoke with Brett with ESS. I informed him about sidewalk panels out of ASA spec. He said he would let them know to fix it. 12-10-20 3:39pm All of the sidewalk on the west side of the building has been checked for ADA compliance. There are 8 panels that need replaced. 3-2-21 8am Bottorff construction set up and poured sidewalk on the south east corner of the building without a inspection. The cross slop is out of compliance.
