5-14-19 The Sapp crew cut in three tee’s on the 8” main and installed valves. We restored water and flushed the hydrant for the appropriate amount of time.

Steve Robbins inspected this with me and determand that Fire Dept. will have final say. 1:40pm The crew have tied in the rest of the water line form building 5 to the meter. 2:48pm The Sapp crew are placing the copper line to the meter vault on the far south end of the main.

Wes said he would dig it out and determine what is needed to correct the issue. He said he would let me know and take a pic of the area when its dug out. The parking area on the Far East side of the site across from building 3 passed on the south end and failed on the north side. Wes is going to make nessasary corrections and we will do another proof roll.

2:56pm They hand poured curb on the south east side of the site. They are applying the cure properly and are grouting all honeycomb on back side of curb that is formed. They are using KCMMB 4 k mix.

Everything passed except for the north side of the small road on the south side of the garage. It pumped for approximately 10 feet. Another correction needs to be made on the west side of site starting forty feet back from inlet to approximately sixty feet back and starting 16 feet over from curb and approximately 10 feet wide. This area is soft and pumped with small rutting and cracking.

The parking area on the Far East side of the site across from building 3 passed on the south end and failed on the north side. Wes is going to make nessasary corrections and we will do another proof roll.

I observed the proof roll for the majority of he north side of the site. I verified the correct load weight and the equipment used. The areas that were roll tested passed with little to no deflection of the sub-grade. There are a few parking areas that were not tested due to the base rock being freshly installed and not ready or cured yet. I will mark the plans with the areas that passed and are ready for curb install. The crew plans to pour curb on Thursday 9/5/19 for the accepted areas and will call for an additional proof roll of the areas that were not tested today prior to installing curb.

6-8-20 7:55am The silt fence is down on the East side of the site and the North side of the site. Gutter buddy’s are full on the North and South side as well and need cleaned out. I have spoke with the superintendent Cori about the corrections that need to be made. 7-10-20 9:15am There is silt on the sidewalk on the North side of the site running along Tudor Rd. The silt fence is up but not controlling the erosion. Extra measures need to be taken. 7-28-20 2:59pm Silt is running off the hillside on the west side of the site. There is no stabilization on the hill and the straw waddles are not holding back the silt. The slop here does not appear to be 3:1 and will require a wall if not at 3:1. On Tudor Rd at the north end of the site the silt fence is down again and the sidewalk and gutter buddy’s are full of silt. This area needs more erosion control than just silt fence. The hillside need stabilization. The slope here does not appear to be 3:1 and will require a wall. 8-7-20 3:33pm I met with Brett Holbrook on site to talk about erosion controls. 4-1-20 I spoke with Ben the Superintendent of the site about the sidewalk on Tudor. One of the subcontractors are going to be driving on it to get material to the apartments.The sidewalk is a 10’ path and is in perfect condition. I informed them that they will need to replace any damaged panels and that it is on them to prove to us the that they were damaged before. I personally walked and checked the panels. There are no sags, dips, or cracks. 6-17-20 9:42am We had a final walk through for the site. Sidewalk needs installed on Donavon and vegetation needs established. 8-19-20 8:01am Steve Robbins and I spoke with Ben about the slopes on the north side of the site. Kent Monter will be coming on site to verify the 3:1 slope. 11-24-20 9:41am They are building a small wall around the manhole on the north side of the site. We still have not herd back on the shots for the 3:1 slope.

Guidelines For Electronically Submitting Documents:

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
