10/30/25 Tyler S. there is quite a bit of mud and some gravel in the curb at the entrance of site. this needs cleaned up before it flows into our storm water system. 10/31/25 Tyler S. field inlet in the back of property, the silt fence is down and needs put back up ASAP. Aslo there is dirt and rock in the curb at construction entrance and need cleaned up ASAP. Failure to do so quickly will result in a 2 day stop work order.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
