1/21/26 Tyler S. Dirt and rock is still in the curb. Rock and dirt is tracked out into roadway and along SW Farmhouse Rd. Need to manage erosion control and clean up the road and curb as soon as possible especially with rain and possible snow coming toward the end of the week. FAIL. 2/12/26 Tyler S. Erosion control/ silt fence failed near curb and storm inlet. Bright Plumbing ran over silt fence. With rain coming this weekend this needed to get corrected ASAP! Also, No rock at construction entrance. Rock needs to be big enough so that is dowesnt get tracked out into the roadway. Curb needs cleaned up too. Failure to correct this will result in a 2 day STOP WORK order issued. FAIL 3/12/26 Tyler S. Rock continues to be tracked out into the road. Rock for the construction entrance needs to be big enough so that it can get stuck to tires and tracked out into the road. We need to get this clean up ASAP. Rock also has been tracked onto farmhouse road as well. Failure to clean this up can result in another 2 DAY STOP WORK order issued.
