At 1/2 bath wall -address over bored studs in garage S wall -secure SE cable within 12” of panel -fill knock out in Service panel not being used -missing nails in hangers above 1st floor bathroom -seal top of dead spaces at bottom of stars and 1st floor bathroom -missing hangers and nails at bottom of stairs -plumbing protection to cover and extend 2” below top plate throughout 2nd floor

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
