**PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL ALONG THE REAR OF LOT -Obtain lawn irrigation permit and submit backflow valve test report to city -As-graded plot plan is required -Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extension -Reset water meter; clean out mud from pit -Provide sewer tracer wire port at grade -Install two 1/2” lag screws (or approved screws) at each end of ledger board -Attach deck beam to middle post with two 1/2” through bolts/washers/nuts or equivalent connections -Provide a continuous and uninterrupted handrail for deck stair. Handrail shall be graspable and no wider than 3.5”. FYI: use 2x2 lumber for handrail and attach it to the newel posts with typical metal brackets. Return both ends of handrail to newel posts -Label or identify dedicated non-gfci receptacles in garage -Separate low voltage from 120v power wiring in fireplace switch -Support water service PEX line above grinder pump every 32” -Locate and provide access to ufer grounding connection
