NO FURTHER INSPECTION IF EROSION CONTROL IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE -Sewer and piers not inspected and approved on record -Water meter and sewer clean out at front are buried and shall be at final grade level -Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extension -Provide guardrail at open side of stoop more than 30” above grade, as measured 36” horizontal out from stoop edge down to grade -Complete deck. Piers were not inspected by city; posts shall be notched for deck beam connections and the beam-to-post connection be connected with two 1/2” through bolts.
