-Minimum 12” field 6” edge exterior sheathing fastening -Method PFH Exterior fastening per plan -Two rows of 16D sinker nails 3” oc at braced wall panel top plates per plan, see section view of detail -Tighten anchor bolts throughout -Provide minimum 16g galvanized metal ties 1.5” wide at over bored top plates of interior load bearing walls. Fasten ties across and to the plate at each side of the opening with minimum 4-10dx1.5” at each side of straps. The metal tie must extend a minimum of 6” past the opening.     • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
