PRE POUR INSPECTION The forms are set and there appears to be sufficient compacted aggregate. Sections of the forms on the north side of the driveway approach show a cross slope greater than 2.0 percent. I notified Barry, the flat work contractor, to adjust the forms to ensure that the sidewalk will have a cross slope of less than 1.5 percent to meet ADA compliance. I will return for a post pour inspection in 5 business days.

    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
