Min 2 anchors required for each short sill plate -Shorten garage hip rafter span. Support to beam, not ceiling joist -2x10 @12” oc above garage -Fb duct chase from joist space; insulation used as Fb material must be min 16” from ceiling level down -Install hanger for double joist connection at stair -Nail ceiling joists to wall top plate -Nail wall bottom plate to rim or joist below -Block rear exterior door at hinge side -Toe nail joists to basement sill plates with 3-8d nails -Solidblock all joist ends above basement I beam -Nail joist hanger above bottom stair landing -Solidblock cantilevered joists (under fireplace) -Install joist hangers under half bath -Install full stud support to carry 2nd fl ceiling lvl beam point load all the way to basement I beam -Nail corner studs per code on 2nd fl -Nail wall intersections -Move roof support struts above 2nd fl to bearing wall.   • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
