Brice Lawson 07/23/2018 3:26 PM The rock in the driveway approach is not compacted. It does not appear the 6" of concrete can be installed in the approach. Cross slope of forms are set over a 2% cross slope where the sidewalk will tie-in to the approach. The approach forms are not installed properly where the sidewalk will tie-in to the sidewalk. There is rock and debris on the street and curb. It appears the debric came from this lot. The subgrade near the north wing of the driveway approach is very wet and does not appear to be stable. ---------Make proper corrections to the items listed above.--------- I gave Roy a copy of the driveway and sidewalk details. He was on site and we went over all of the corrections listed above. I let him know that he should call back in for a re-inspection prior to installing the driveway approach.

Hinges for out-swinging doors shall be equipped with mechanical interlock to preclude the removal of the door from the exterior.
