Brace wall requires min double 12" nominal beam; nail siding 3" oc to studs, 3" grid nailing to header; nail 3" oc to rim below; strap at the inner side of the brace walls. -Expose rear patio framing support **how is that ridge beam supported? Is the roof tied down to the posts? I want to see. Have your engineer look at this also **you will have to dig a new pier all the way down to bearing soil -Engineer to address non-continuous 2x6 studs at rear great-room wall **can a single king stud and cross header handle the wind load? -Cut joist below master toilet **have your engineer look at this and address fix -Provide solidblock support underneath foyer and underneath dining I beam **close the return air **need solid support under the rear dining I beam point load **OK TO INSULATE

Framer should have installed the 1/2"-3/4" filler between the header and the blockings before nailing the straps -Cut joist below master toilet **the engineer letter says a full length joist was added, but it wasn't. Please take a look again -Provide solidblock support underneath foyer **close the return air. Outside the mechanical rm door, look up to the ceiling furdown space. See the framer pulled down the return air pan-sheet so he could add support for the beam above? I want the return air space closed off from the ceiling furdown space **OK TO INSULATE
