IBC 1010.1.9.1 Hardware - door hardware
2018 IBC 1010.1.9.1 Hardware. Door handles, pulls, latches, locks and other operating devices on doors required to be accessible by Chapter 11 shall not require tight grasping, tight pinching or twisting of the wrist to operate.

2018 IBC 1010.1.1 Size of doors. The required capacity of each door opening shall be sufficient for the occupant load thereof and shall provide a clear opening width of 32 inches. The clear opening width of doorways with swinging doors shall be measured between the face of the door and the stop, with the door open 90 degrees. Where this section requires a minimum clear opening width of 32 inches and a door opening includes two door leaves without a mullion, one leaf shall provide a minimum clear opening width of 32 inches. In Group I-2, doors serving as means of egress doors where used for the movement of beds shall provide a minimum clear opening width of 41-1/2”. The maximum width of a swinging door leaf shall be 48” nominal. The minimum clear opening height of doors shall not be less than 80 inches. (see code for exceptions)
Action required: Door into facial room must have minimum 32" width as well as have accessible hardware. Clarify as to how this door will comply.

2018 IMC 801.2 General. Every fuel-burning appliance shall discharge the products of combustion to a vent, factory-built chimney or masonry chimney, except for appliances vented in accordance with Section 804. The chimney or vent shall be designed for the type of appliance being ventilated. (see code for exception)
