: Please sign Patricia up for a pre-app. She stated that her client’s intent is to demo existing business at 707 NE Rice Rd and construct new drive-through only coffee kiosk. She was not yet at liberty to divulge name of concept, at least without confidentiality, as facility is still operating and operator is unaware on proposed plans. Effective July 1, 2025, a Parks Impact Fee on new development went into effect. The fee, $250.00 per bedroom with a cap of four bedrooms per living unit on residential projects and a $0.20 pre gross square foot area on non-residential projects will be required prior to issuance of the building permit.
