DIRECTIONAL SIGNS. The City's sign ordinance limits directional signs to maximum height of 30"; a maximum sign area of 6 sq. ft.; and does not allow logos or other form of commercial signage on them.

SIGN PANELS. A total of 3 attached wall signs are allowed by right on the building. Three (3) "Scooter's Coffee" signs are already proposed on the north, south and west building elevations. The six (6) sign panels (3 on each side of the building) are also considered signs and count toward the maximum allowed 3 attached signs, thus exceeding the number of allowed signs.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
