7/21/21 8:30 - Proof rolled the drive-thru and parking lot, we didn’t proof roll entrance. We have a fail at the drive-thru where the water cross’s to the building ( area is marked with pink paint) waiting for correction. Parking lot at the far SE corner was pumping ( area marked with pink paint ) waiting for correction. I spoke with the contractor are the area’s that failed. I told him he was good to pour the drive-thru from the area that I marked in pink stating Good with an arrow. He informed me that he would fix the areas and call us back out.

8-9-21 1:51pm I had them remove the west form of the sidewalk to dig out more. They did not have 4” of base. I have told them to stay ADA compliant through the drive and to have white cure. They have been told to spray the cure on after final finish per spec. I will collect the concrete ticket for both the drive and the sidewalks when they are poured.

They have been told to spray the cure on after final finish per spec.
