PLATTING. The parent plat of Village at New Longview, Blocks 1-15 and Tracts A & B has yet to receive City Council approval, as it has only been read for approval once while waiting on completion of infrastructure construction or letter of credit. The first ordinance reading took place on November 21, 2023. The subject minor plat cannot be approved and recorded until such time as the parent final plat is approved and recorded.

Because the plat that this one is based off has not been recorded, I can only check for closure. This does close. But the state plane coordinates do not line up with the unrecorded plat; the coordinates on THIS plat put this building where blocks 8, 6, 5, and 7 are, not where block 1 is shown.

PLAT/SURVEY CERTIFICATION PARAGRAPH. Correct the block and lot numbers referenced in the minor plat title included in the certification paragraph so they read Block 1, Lots 1-7 instead of Block 2, Lots 8-14.
