What is being platted here? I see the plat submitted says lot 1C, but it is including current 1A, or it is the entire plat is lot 1C, but there are 2 lots drawn. Please clarify if the whole plat is lot 1C (please remove the lot line) or if there are 2 lots (please label lots), or if the plat should only include 1C (1B and part of tract A) and then the plat drawn all the way to Tudor and Douglas is incorrect and those lines should be lightened so as not to create the illusion that it is part of the plat.

Since this plat is not replatting the individual lots on tract B of DC 2nd, please update the description to: "All of lot 1B of the plat Douglas Corner, Lots 1A and 1B; and all of tract A of the plat Douglas Corner 2nd Plat, Lots 3-14 and Tract A and B....." Also, remove the "TRACT A" from "PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: TRACT A" since there are 2 lots being platted.

Since there will be a "hole" in the western lot (it's not labeled, so I don't know what lot it is), the hole will need direction and dimensions on those sides of the hole, which are referenced on DC 2nd Plat.

There are 2 plats that describe this property: Douglas Corners Lots 1A and 1B, and Douglas Corners 2nd Plat. Douglas Corners 1A and 1B was recorded 4/7/2006. DC 2nd plat was recorded 7/25/2006, making this the latest plat. In the latest plat, lot 1A was divided up into 12 lots and 2 tracts. Is this plat combining all those lots?

Because of all the missing ROW and the lack of accounting for the 12 lots and 2 tracts, I believe the surveyor is basing this plat off the older plat, 1A and 1B. It should be based off DC 2nd Plat. The dedication should be reviewed as well, since it's incorrect. Please redraw.
