What is being platted here? I see the plat submitted says lot 1C, but it is including current 1A, or it is the entire plat is lot 1C, but there are 2 lots drawn. Please clarify if the whole plat is lot 1C (please remove the lot line) or if there are 2 lots (please label lots), or if the plat should only include 1C (1B and part of tract A) and then the plat drawn all the way to Tudor and Douglas is incorrect and those lines should be lightened so as not to create the illusion that it is part of the plat.

Also, remove the "TRACT A" from "PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: TRACT A" since there are 2 lots being platted.

Douglas Corners 1A and 1B was recorded 4/7/2006.
DC 2nd plat was recorded 7/25/2006, making this the latest plat.
In the latest plat, lot 1A was divided up into 12 lots and 2 tracts.
Is this plat combining all those lots?
