Submit Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Costs. Revisions to estimate required: Please revise the estimate to include a breakdown that includes quantity, units, unit price, and total for each line item. Only site related items should be included. That would include pavers, sidewalk, curb and gutter, retaining wall, earthwork, erosion and sediment control, sanitary sewer pipe and cleanouts, and all storm sewer related items. Expected storm sewer items would include pipe, tees, bends, drainage basins, and flume. Please note that these may not be all site related items, but should be most if not all.
