By increasing the height of the parapet wall to screen the RTU’s without increasing the height of the pilasters has created a long flat roofline. The roof line will need to be broken up. This can be accomplished by increasing the pilasters to look similar as was shown on the elevations submitted for the first round of reviews. A condition of approval will be added to the Staff letter addressing this requirement and will be picked up on the FDP.

Even with an estimated 50/50 distribution split (NB and SB) on Market, the number of left turns at this access point does not meet the City's requirement for a left-turn lane (per the AMC).
