The easement between manhole 1-2 and 1-3 is too narrow for the depth. The City requires twice the depth rounded up to nearest 5 feet for the width of the easement, assuming it is centered within the easement. It would appear a 30 foot width is required for the majority of the distance, with perhaps 35 feet width toward the front of the lot.
