LANDSCAPING. An inventory of the existing trees and shrubs must be undertaken, and any missing, diseased or dead plants replaced to approximate the original approved landscaping plan. An alternate plan that provides comparable screening may be submitted for approval by the Development Services Department. Please see the accompanying copies of the originally approved landscape plan and copy of a landscape plan date stamped September 2, 1999, for your reference.
