What is the grid factor? The control points are off by appoximately 6 ft. For example, the NW corner of Quik Trip 200R Lot 1A coordinates are 978448.65 N, 2823126.85 E per plat, but the ones listed for the same spot on this plat are 978450.49 N,2823133.05E. 2 ft to the north and 6ft to the east.

As this is a Minor Plat the only City Officials that will be signing the plat are the City Clerk, City Engineer, the Director of Development Services and the County Assessor or GIS Department. Please remove the unneeded signature blocks (Mayor, Planning Commission Secretary, & City Manager). Also update the Planning Department to the correct department name, Development Services. The current City Clerk is Trisha Fowler Arcuri.
