LIABILITY INSURANCE. The proof of liability insurance did not meet the minimum coverage requirements. Coverage shall be for not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence for personal injury and $2,000,000 per occurrence for property damage. Additionally, the City shall be listed as an additional insured.
