9/1/21 Wednesday Contractor installed 8” sanitary main approximately 41’ and MH (C-7). Existing 6” sanitary line was verified as a wye & 45 degree bend around existing MH (S). Existing 6” sanitary line was concrete and and the new 8” sanitary was installed over it. The newly installed 8” sanitary ran under the existing water line with 18” of clearance. KC Engineer testing third party for density test for street crossing of newly installed 8” sanitary line. 9/2/21 Tuesday Contractor poured invert & collars for MH . 10/29/21 Friday (Breit Const.) Contractor poured the invert for the existing MH because they bored into it for the extension as-per plan.

9/23/21 Thursday Contractor has been working to stabilize turn lane with Geogrid and 6” of aggregate rock (AB-3). They faced numerous set backs due to weather, soil conditions, utilities and a bust in grading. We now at the point cleaning out the soft areas to add the proper depth of aggregate. Contractor should be ready for a roll test by Monday. 9/24/21 Friday Contractor continued to prepare Turning Lane for Proof Roll @ 9:00AM Monday.

They found the gas line in the way of the storm pipe. It will have to be removed. 8/19/21 Thursday Contractor installed approximately 120’ of 12” HDPE storm pipe from junction box 4 as per plan. Contractor has poured collars on all storm pipe that leads into storm boxes that were previously installed. 8/24/21 Tuesday Contractor had to make changes to fall in storm outlet do field condition. The fall has to be increased to avoid existing utilities ( see storm C 7.0). 15”RCP storm pipe is being adjust to fit converted inlet to junction box to newly installed inlet. 8/25/21 Wednesday Contractor poured collars & invert for modified junction box and newly installed inlet. 9/2/21 Thursday Contractor installIng CI that is along the driveway see C-6. The trench drain will not be installed and approved by City Engineer revision of plans was submitted. 9/7/21 Tuesday Contractor poured collars & invert on newly installed CI . 9/17/21 Friday Contractor completed roof drains approximately 2 weeks ago. 10/01/21 Friday (Breit Const.) Contractor is adjustIng Curb Inlet (CI) Lid along the driveway approximately 1’ high to better match grade of opposite drive. (This should lower the % of slope across future driveway).

10/08/21 Friday (ACR Const.) Contractor continued to pour curb lane, concrete was cured and saw cut. Contractor had to stop work on Approach Drive due to the wetness of AB3. Contractor will contact me when area has dry enough for a proof roll. 10/19/21 Tuesday (ACR Const. General) - (Rockers Const.) Contractor poured half the approach on the Northside. 10/20/21 Wednesday (Rockers Const.) Contractor poured the Southside of approach. The 10” Wide connecting joint with NE Douglas St. will be poured tentatively set for tomorrow. Contractor will begin excavation of 14” wide connecting joint to a 10” depth, 8” of concrete can be poured and a 3’ wide & 2” deep asphalt overlay can laid. 10/21/21 Thursday (Rockers Const.) Contractor poured 8” depth & 14” wide fillet that connects the concrete portion of turning and approach to the asphalt street NE Douglas Street. Work completed @ 4:45PM.
