11-20-19 Metro Asphalt is doing the work. They have started laying asphalt the average temp out of the truck is 260. The average temp out of the machine is 290. 11:59am They have got the first lift of base on the north side of the road and are now working on laying the south side of the road. Temps are good. Cook,Flatt & Strobel are on site doing all testing requirements. They have been told to let the temp get to 140 degrees before a second lift Is applied and to use a tac coat. 4:12pm They have finished laying all the first layer of asphalt and are cleaning up. The third party inspector is still doing testing. Rain is starting to move in. They have the second layer of base placed on the north side down to the park. I have collected asphalt tickets for the day.

Out side air temp is compliant as well as the surface temp. 3:00pm They have completed the second lift of asphalt and are now moving to the parking lot for the park.

CFS will be doing the testing. Concrete is set for 9am. They have poured out the curb on Black Twig and are setting up throats for storm inlets. One citizen is not happy with there drive opening at 713 Black Twig. ESS MP will be talking with the developer. There was a complaint that a concrete truck was washing out close to a storm inlet. I spoke with the paving superintendent and he assured me that he would make sure that all trucks would have a proper wash out area.

Concrete arrived at 8:15 am to pour curbs at the newly constructed entrance of the parkiing lot on NW Lowenstein RD . Contractor continued to pour curbs for entrance second truck arrived around 10:25am . Contractor cured installed curbs. Contractor work to form the radius corner curbs at NW Lowenstein RD & Black Twig LN also the storm inlets throats. The contractor completed the radius curbs with ADA sidewalk indention at the West & East side of Black Twig LN & NW Lowenstein RD. All concrete was cured. Contractor continued to form approach for parking lot to pour tomorrow 6-24-20.

The average temp out of the machine is 290. 11:59am They have got the first lift of base on the north side of the road and are now working on laying the south side of the road. Temps are good. Steve Robbins was the inspector. 5-6-20 8:48am ESS are getting ready to pour the curb on the south side of Black Twig. They will be setting up driveways for the residents. CFS will be doing the testing. Concrete is set for 9am. They have poured out the curb on Black Twig and are setting up throats for storm inlets. One citizen is not happy with there drive opening at 713 Black Twig. ESS MP will be talking with the developer. There was a complaint that a concrete truck was washing out close to a storm inlet. I spoke with the paving superintendent and he assured me that he would make sure that all trucks would have a proper wash out area. 5-7-20 They are pouring the wedge next to the curb along with throats. Pennys concrete is who ESS is using. Rain has moved in so they are done for the day. 5-8-20 They poured driveway approaches today along Black Twig. All concrete trucks had a wash out pit at the west end of Black Twig. 6-19-20 9:24am ESS put the pour for curb on hold due to weather. They are digging around inlets and prepping for the pour. ESS will start pouring curb at 11am. 6-22-20 8:14am ESS is waiting to see what the weather is going to do before they pour curb.

6-25-20 Contractor poured concrete commercial use sidewalk 10’ wide approximately 230’ in distance . Sidewalks location is along Pryor RD and Lowenstein RD. 6-24-20 Contractor poured concrete for sidewalks 5’ in width and approximately 310’ in distance, location on Pryor RD and just S of I-470 . 6-30-20 ESS are setting up the sidewalk on the southwest corner of Lowenstein and Black Twig. 1:41pm They have the string line set but no forms at this time. 7-1-20 8:47am ESS have poured the walking path on 6-30-20. Due to rain they will not be working today. 7-2-20 ESS have the south side of Black Twig set up and are working on setting forms for the North side of Black Twig. They will be pouring later today. 7-6-20 7:49am The sidewalk on the NW and SW side of Black Twig are poured. Bob Burns is meeting me on site to check the sidewalk for ADA compliants.

11-5-19 We started the proof roll at 9:16am on Lowenstein. All of the curb line passed with corrections needed in a few spots and at all radiuses. The park curb line passed on the east side. We have not proof rolled the west side of the park.

The curb line on the west side of the park failed. 6-18-20 9:03am The proof roll for Lowenstein and Black Twig has passed. There is a chance of rain for the over night. I explained to the superintendent that it will be subject to a second proof roll if it does infact rain.

Temps out of the truck are averaging 260 degrees, 300 at the machine. Out side air temp is compliant as well as the surface temp. 3:00pm They have completed the second lift of asphalt and are now moving to the parking lot for the park.
