DRIVEWAY/DIRECTIONAL SIGNS. 1) Signs 13 and 16 located at the site's entrance/exit exceed the maximum allowable sign area of 6 sq. ft.; the proposed signs are each approximately 8.5 sq. ft. 2) Signs 13 and 16 located at the site's entrance/exit exceed the maximum overall allowable sign height of 30". Sign 13 has an overall height of 46", whereas Sign 16 has an overall sign height of 59-3/4". Revise both sign types to comply with the sign area and sign height standards.
