Please confirm the Vogue sign are individual letters attached to the column. Need clarification the sign wasn't a cabinet sign with an internally illuminated with a white background.

The "Now Showing" Signs will not require a sign permit. However, it was noted the "Now Showing" sign would be illuminated. Internally illuminated signs are not allowed in CBD zoning district. External, indirect, and halo lighting are permitted.

The total sq. ftg. for the Vogue Sign calculated by using the numbers on the specification sheet are closer to 32-33 sq. ft., rather than 30 sq.ft. which is what is stated on the application, please clarify.

Guidelines For Electronically Submitting Documents:

    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
