3/2/26 Tyler S. No erosion control in place. Silt fence is all down. mud is in the road and needs to be cleaned up asap. Construction entrance needs to be established enough to where we are not tracking into the roadway. Fail. 3/3/26 Tyler S Silt fence is down. Contractor was cleaning tracks on the excavator in the road. Mud has been tracked everywhere. Also, need to get a good construction entrance established. Failure to correct this matter can result in a 2 day stop work order. Fail. 3/12/26 Tyler S Rod and mud has been tracked into the road and needs to be cleaned up asap. Board on the storm box needs to be removed and behind silt fence. Also the silt and mud in the curb inlet for storm box needs to be cleaned out. Fail.
