-Nail garage PFH wall sheathing to the LVL w/8d@3” oc grid pattern (nail just the section above the portal wall) -Double 2x10 joists above pantry/mud area per plan -Protect water lines at kitchen wall plates where within 1.25” of surface with BOCA nail plates -Remove insulation from floor joist rim throughout -Toe nail all joists to top plates and sill plates w/ 4-8d or 3-10d -Provide 9.25” LVL beam above dining sliding door per plan -Do not secure csst gas line within 2x6 wall space -Fb patio fireplace space from roof space -Secure wiring within 8” of patio TV receptacle box -Nail hanger outside half bathroom -Provide min 12” of horizontal clearance of luminaire from storage space inside bedroom 3 closet -Provide strap at laundry exterior wall top plates bored more than 50% -Provide stud shoes at laundry and master bathroom exterior wall studs bored more than 40% -Fb dead spaces and fireplace space in master bedroom from roof -Support roof framing above master bathroom per code. -Nail garage PFH wall sheathing to the LVL w/8d@3” oc grid pattern (nail just the section above the portal wall) **Please see sheet 6 on the plan, specifically figure R602.10.5.2, on the left side of the page. The south (right side) PFH wall sheathing is not nailed to the LVL per plan. I keep telling framer not to waste nails to the LVL above the door opening, just the section above the PFH portal wall -Remove insulation from floor joist rim throughout **the insulation is preventing me from verifying the nailing as noted below. Provide ladders on site. -Toe nail all joists to top plates and sill plates w/ 4-8d or 3-10d -Fb dead spaces and fireplace space in master bedroom from roof **the space still has opening to attic (on the west side of fireplace). Also, the fire blocking must be secured in place and not with the plastic straps that can be burned off -Support roof framing above master bathroom per code. Support hips and valley at ridge **Get the engineer to address how the vaulted ceiling/roof can be properly supported. The plan shows flat ceiling with (2)2x10 beam to support the roof. -Fb stair wall from stair landing joist space; fb all basement wall space from joist space **DO NO INSULATE

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
