EROSION CONTROL SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS. 7-21-25 Dustin A, Silt fence has been stood up bur storm inlet still needs cleaned. 7-31-25 Dustin A, All properties on Winthrop are STOP WORKED due to non compliance . 1. Concrete washout area is over flowing onto street. All concrete debris needs to be removed from street, washout needs to be maintained. 2. All silt needs to be cleaned from street and proper erosion control needs to be in place to keep this from happening. 3. Storm drains need to be protected, silt socks need to be replaced if they are compacted with mud or debris . Should not have grass growing out of them . After installed they need to be maintained . 4. All properties need to have erosion control in place and in working order. Must be maintained throughout 5. Before any work can be done on site an erosion control inspection will need to be scheduled. 6. NO WORK is allowed on site until these issues have been corrected.
