2302 SW Serena Pl. all rough -Anchor bolts in garage needs to be in the middle 1/3 of the sole plate which includes the 5/8 inch anchor bolts -Tie down strap on the interior third car garage has nails that are not fully driven in Dining area 2x10 ceiling joist to Ibeam needs joist hangers installed (over 4 feet in length) -Fire block all cracks around 3/4 inch plywood in ceiling above great room cabinet chase -Bathroom vent fans are not connected to flex ducting. Flex ductwork shall be of 4 inch or larger in diameter -Nails missing in joist hanger in master suite at 2x10 -Nails missing in joist hanger in master suite at 2x12 drop down ceiling -Master suite closet has a DWV that is cut in the top of the ceiling joist within the allowable 2 inches -Joist hangers in upper floor steps to foyer and upper floor platform area are missing nails -Bonus room joist hangers are missing nails -Bedroom 3 is missing nails in joist hangers -Fire block top of chase in bathroom upstairs where a full tub was supposed to be, now it’s a shower -Fire blocking in basement above I Beam is broken out -Basement concrete room needs joist hangers nailed off -Back porch roof LVL is cantilevered out without support
