-Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extension -Seal exterior wall penetrations; seal above meter, AC disconnect, seal exterior lights, etc -Garage door bottom track brackets must be within 10” of floor. Secure brackets to concrete stem walls -Label or identify all dedicated non-gfci receptacles in garage and basement -Install smoke&CO alarm outside master bedroom -Separate the low voltage wiring from normal power wiring inside fireplace switch box -Install two 1/2” lag screws (or approved screws) at each end of ledger board (above north window) -Support mineral wool batts per manufacturer requirement -Securely fasten NM cables every 4.5 ft or less -Provide ready mean to clean out furnace condensate drain piping without removing the piping
