Engineer to look at strap reinforcement of non-continuous stud wall for compliance with code performance criteria -Support rear dining ridge beam to (2)2x10 -Provide 16” lvl under bedroom 3 exterior closet wall -Plan shows J4 (16” lvl) at walkway, but 16” lvl is cut to 9.5”. Have engineer address this -If cabinet with countertop is installed on both sides of fireplace, provide wall receptacle compliance per 210.52. Receptacles inside cabinet does not count -Secure fireplace to framing -Engineer to address reinforcement of master bedroom gable wall. Just additional comment: I think the lvl ridge beam above master bedroom spans a little too far. You have a double 9.5" lvl under the master toilet wall, but it's not being used -Install smoke alarm near top of master bedroom vaulted ceiling -Complete framing of duct/b-vent chase and Fb this space from joist space and roof space -Complete framing at bedroom 5 shower and Fb space from roof -Protect wiring at bedroom 5 closet bottom wall plate -Support ridge above bedroom 5 -Install radon vent roof flashing above bedroom 5 -Brace ends of lvl roof beam from rotation -Attic access at bedroom 3 closet must have min 30” headroom clearance -Protect plumbing in shared bathroom -Bedroom 4 gable wall studs.
