**Provide erosion control along the creek prior to issuance of any occupancy -Sidewalk and driveway not approved on record -Obtain permit for the retaining wall and submit engineer approval of the retaining wall -Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extension -Provide sewer tracer wire port at grade -Deck beam is not attached to each deck post with two 1/2” through bolts as required per code. Have engineer address -Fb penetration of garage wall under sink -Lower stair flight handrail shall extend to the top stair riser -All-rough not approved.
